We provide quick turnaround repairs and/or rebuilds of your equipment whether it be a Fisher control valve assembly, pressure controller, regulator, or level controller. Depending on the product, just send us your broken equipment and we can ship you a replacement the same day so you can keep you’re facility running smoothly and avoiding costly production loss.

If removing your control valve from the line is unlikely, Flow Control can perform field services where we will send a highly experienced and qualified technician to your location to troubleshoot and solve your issue.

Flow Control Equipment has the ability to rebuild just about any type of Fisher product, even obsolete valves and regulators such as the Fisher A-Body featured below. When a client sends their valve or process equipment into our shop for a rebuild, they will receive a ‘like new’ product in return. We completely disassemble, bead blast and paint, re-machine all internal stainless steel trim parts, flanges, etc., and use all new seals and gaskets. All of our repaired/rebuilt valves are then hydrostatic and seat leak tested to ANSI standards.
